Because wallpapers are digital files delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that your statutory right to cancel ends as soon as the download becomes available.

When we will refund

• The file is faulty, corrupted or will not download.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The artwork delivered is not the artwork you bought.

How to ask

Message us on TikTok @otto.studios within 14 days with your order number and we'll put it right.
